Terms of Service Honolua Cleaning LLC Effective Date: January 1, 2025 Last Updated: June 3, 2025. Welcome to Honolua Cleaning LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, website, booking platform, or communicating with us (including via SMS), you agree to the following Terms of Service. 1. Services Provided Honolua Cleaning LLC provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleans, and other related offerings as agreed upon in writing or via online booking. 2. Scheduling and Access – Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and property access information. – If cleaners cannot access the property during the scheduled time, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply. – Services may be rescheduled or canceled with [24/48] hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be charged a fee. 3. Rates and Payments – All service fees are quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change based on the actual condition or size of the property. – Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed. – Accepted payment methods include [credit/debit cards, ACH, or cash]. – Late payments may be subject to fees or service suspension. 4. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the area(s) in question at no additional charge. 5. Property and Liability – We take great care in handling your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed before service. – You agree to inform us of any special handling instructions for delicate items or surfaces. 6. SMS Communication & Consent By submitting your phone number via our website, booking form, or other methods, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and service-related text messages from Honolua Cleaning LLC. These may include appointment reminders, promotions, or updates. – Message frequency varies. Privacy We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. 8. User Conduct You agree not to: – Use our services for any unlawful purpose – Harass or abuse our staff – Interfere with the performance or delivery of our services We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for behavior we deem unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate. 9.
