Welcome to Honolua Cleaning LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
Honolua Cleaning LLC provides residential and office cleaning services, including standard and recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning and additional services as agreed in writing or through our booking platform. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Scheduling & Property Access
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and clear access to the property at the scheduled time.
- If our team cannot access the property, a lockout or cancellation fee may apply.
- Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with 24–48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee.
3. Rates & Payment
- Pricing is quoted at the time of booking and may be adjusted based on the actual size, condition or special requirements of the property.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit cards, ACH transfers and cash.
- Late payments may result in additional fees or temporary suspension of services.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional charge.
5. Property & Liability
- We exercise reasonable care while cleaning your property.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for fragile items not disclosed before service.
- Please tell us in advance about delicate surfaces, valuables or special handling instructions.
6. SMS Terms & Conditions
Program: Honolua Cleaning customer care notifications.
By checking the SMS consent box on our website or booking forms, or by agreeing verbally when booking by phone, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Honolua Cleaning LLC about your quotes, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival notices, service updates, invoices, rescheduling and review requests. Promotional text messages are sent only if you separately opt in to them. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
